Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and adequately equipped for our stay, despite the busy location. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the lady serving there was very cheery and helpful. However, the noise from linen cupboard doors in the morning was a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel in Harlow Essex Premier Inn is fairly basic but has a superb location, right next to the Designer Village, making it great for shopping. The rooms, although comfortable and of good size, lack certain amenities like a phone and have thin walls that allow noise from adjoining rooms. The dining experience offers plenty of choice with friendly staff, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the service had some issues like noisy bed-making and difficulty amending invoices. The area is convenient for attractions like the Royal Mint but can get boiling hot. Overall, a hotel with positives like a great shopping location and delicious breakfast but with drawbacks in room amenities and service attention to detail.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby designer shops and local amenities. The service was top-notch with ultra-friendly staff, and the dining experience was amazing. However, the morning noise from outside was a minor nuisance.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and tidy rooms that were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly, although they couldn't amend the invoice to include my Tax reference number, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was great for exploring Bridgend and not too far from Cardiff by train. The dining experience offered tasty options, but the facilities were average.
